Organisation Complaints Procedure


 

In the event that any player feels that he or she has suffered discrimination in any way of that the Organisation Policies, Rules or Code of Conduct has been broken they should follow the procedures below.

They should report the matter to the Football for All staff.
The report should include:

• Details of what, when and where the occurrence took place

• Any witness statement(s) and names

• Names of any others who have been treated in a similar way

• Details of any former complaints made about the incident, date, when and to whom made

• A preference for a solution to the incident

 

The Management Committee will have the power to:

• Warn as to future conduct

• Suspend from games

• Remove from games any person found to have broken the Organisation’s Policies or Codes of Conduct.

 

If the complaint is with regard to the Organisation’s Management the member has the right to report the discrimination direct to the relevant County Football Association or National Governing Body for that particular sport. As the governing body of the game, the organisation must be fair and consistent.

 

The following options can be considered:

• Verbal warning

• Written warning

• Exclusion from specified number of sessions

• Permanent removal from the community

 

The following options can be considered:

• Complaints can be submitted in the first instance to the Football for All staff

• Complaints can be directed to the directors

• Complaints can be directed to the committees

• All complaints must be submitted in writing

• If an individual is unhappy with the outcome of their original complaint, they can appeal to the organisation committee

• The outcome of an appeal to the organisation committee is final

• Individuals have the right to seek guidance from the County FA or other National Governing Body where they feel they have been unfairly treated by the organisation’s committee
